Creating a New Login
To start using our Internet ordering system right away, you need to create a new customer login. Once you have finished filling out your profile information, you can begin creating your own personal shopping list or place an order right away.
You can register directly with Golden Pacific Systems. Call Customer Service at (707) 586-9122 . If you are already a customer, call us about setting up your custom pricing and contracts online. If you don’t currently have an account with us, please feel free to call us during regular business hours so that we can set you up with additional online discounts and savings.
Your Privacy Counts
We fully comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines for consumer privacy and will only use your personal information for in-house processing.
Payment Information
For existing Golden Pacific Systems clients: your pre-established terms apply. If you are a new client you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Delivery
Any order placed before 1:30 p.m Pacific Time will, in most cases, be delivered the next business day.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within the applicable time frame, with your original receipt, packing slip, or e-mail confirmation to:

We will gladly refund your money, exchange the item, or issue you a credit within 30 days of purchase with the following exceptions:
Desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, faxes, digital cameras, handheld computers, and all-in-one machines must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories within 25 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund, exchange or credit. Please note that Notebook PCs, LCD projectors, PDA's, and Digital Cameras with their original packaging and accessories cannot be returned, but, instead may only be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
Return/exchange requests that do not qualify under Golden Pacific's return policy might qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturers warranty. Please call 1-707-586-9122 for assistance in locating the manufacturer.
Any stocked furniture item in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging may be returned within 25 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit.
